The following vaccinations are required to attend 7th grade:

Meningococcal
In order for us to start updating our records here at MGMS please complete as soon as possible and provide records to the school. There is no need to wait to turn in your immunization records. Records can be dropped off to the office, or emailed to our nurse at diane.cooper@nebo.edu
